Every deadline.
Every format.
Three years of high-volume real estate design and print production.

High volume, immovable deadlines.
The client base was primarily real estate agents who needed accurate materials ready for weekend open homes. Multiple jobs moved through the studio at once, often with late information changes and no flexibility in the final deadline.
From a business card to a full publication.
I designed property flyers, brochures, agent profiles, banners, signage and long-form glossy magazines. The work demanded both brand consistency and the ability to adapt quickly across agencies, agents and property tiers.
Design continued after approval.
In a small print business I was involved in printing, laminating, guillotining, folding and delivery. That practical exposure sharpened my finished-art judgement because I saw exactly how every decision behaved in production.
From entry level to day-to-day leadership.
I joined without formal industry experience and progressed to running daily operations as General Manager. The role developed workload planning, client communication, quality control and calm decision-making under pressure.
