NRLCEO SEASON GUIDE 2021
Season Guide #5 already?! Time flies.
Maintaining a similar structure to the now-established NRLCEO Season Guide layout, I wanted a modern feel with more polish overall. Where in the previous year I focused on custom graphics which ate up most of my time, this year I decided to be smarter about how I worked by making some articles flow better with their use of images.
Using a new bold font for headings with sharp lines I was able to create more impact, and I really put myself in the reader’s shoes to break up walls of text that make your eyes glaze over. I was particularly happy with my implementation of interactive PDF elements where readers were now able to mark down any players taken in the draft and jot down who was in their team.
